If you want a lean body build, stay at roughly 500 calories per day to intake, as your body will burn more calories than it can take in. We recommend eating grilled chicken breasts, eggs, fruits, vegitables, and drinking plenty of water.

If you want a bulk body build, eat roughly 2000 calories a day, eat 1g of protien for every pound of body weight, drink lots of water, and again we recommend eating chicken breasts, eggs, fruits, vegitables, rice, bread, and drink lots of water.
